11Decks Community Spaces – High-Quality Interior Design with Kaindl Materials

In the 11Decks Community Spaces in Hamburg’s HafenCity, PASCH Panahi & Schumacher Design has created a visionary spatial concept that seamlessly combines functionality and aesthetics at the highest level. The design of the communal areas follows a clear design language inspired by luxurious yacht interiors, featuring warm wood surfaces, flowing forms, and harmonious lighting. Special attention was given to high-quality materials and a sophisticated atmosphere.

Wall Paneling as a Defining Design Element

The Community Spaces offer residents versatile areas for socializing, working, and relaxing. A key design highlight is the high-quality wall paneling, which plays a defining role in the following areas:

Show Kitchen: Premium wood paneling enhances the open kitchen’s elegant, home-like feel and highlights the sophisticated design concept.
Lounge Area: The paneling creates a seamless connection between different materials and colors, fostering a cozy and inviting ambiance.
Dining Area: The combination of warm wood tones and modern design elements adds an elegant touch, reinforcing the exclusive and comfortable atmosphere.

Kaindl Products Used

For the wall paneling, the Kaindl K4886 AN Walnut Elegance panel was used. Its natural wood look and refined grain bring warmth and sophistication to the Community Spaces.

Through a carefully curated selection of materials and an innovative lighting concept, an interior design was created that perfectly balances functionality and aesthetics, enhancing the 11Decks residents' living experience.
